CocoVayé is the trading name of CocoTallow B.V. Our 30-Day Love It Guarantee is additional to your statutory withdrawal and consumer rights.
14-day statutory withdrawal period
For an online purchase, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. Email info@cocotallow.com, preferably with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Return shipping is at your expense. Keep proof of dispatch. We refund the amount due within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier. For withdrawal from a complete order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge; additional costs for an upgraded delivery option are not included.
Handle products only as necessary to inspect them. Where a product is sealed for health or hygiene reasons and cannot be returned once unsealed, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply after that seal is broken. Discounted physical products have the same statutory withdrawal rights.
30-Day Love It Guarantee
For eligible first online orders, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under our Love It Guarantee terms. Only one item may be opened or used; other items in a bundle must remain sealed. The whole set and any free gifts must be returned. Return shipping is at your expense. The guarantee refund covers the eligible product price paid after discounts, excluding delivery charges. The full guarantee terms explain eligibility, return steps and refund timing.
Return instructions
Email info@cocotallow.com for our fulfilment centre’s return address and instructions. Our registered office address is not the parcel return address.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us so we can resolve the issue. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected by the withdrawal period or our voluntary guarantee.
